1. Noroze.com Identification
NOROZE.COM is a site operated by VitageClothingLtd, and under the name of GlamorousLondon.
We are registered in United Kingdom and European Union under company number 08231027.
Our VAT number is GB 150549714.

NOROZE.COM takes full responsibility of keeping and storing its customer’s information and data secure. It will never be passed on to any third parties (excluding government organisations, if required).
If you sign up to our newsletter we may use your email address to send you information about products or services.
You can opt out of these at any point and you can ask for personal data to stop being recorded at any time.
3. Product information
We provide information about our products on product pages as we receive from our suppliers. We regularly check that information for improvements. If you find any information on our website that is added in error, please inform us as soon as possible.
4. Payment Methods
We use the leading brands to accept payments from our customers. Currently there are 2 payment methods available, PayPal and Credit/Debit Card payments (in partnership with Stripe). Both of the payments methods are tested before enabling them to our customers. Shop with confidence.
Bank Cards: We use "AVS" (Street Verification System by "Stripe") to avoid fraud and identity theft of our customers. There are two checks - one based on the numbers contained in the first line of the address, and another on the ZIP/postal code. For each charge where we have an address supplied, Stripe checks whether both of these pieces of information match the address for the customer on file with their bank.
This is to protect our customer's payment cards of being used for fraudulent activities.
If your payments are failing, this could be reason. Please contact us if you face any issues while making a payment.
5. Right to cancel
All customers have the right to cancel their orders under the The Distance Selling Regulations which gives consumers extra protection when buying online. Specific legislation here that applies is regulation 10 and 11 of The Distance Selling Regulations.
You have the right to cancel the purchase of a good without having to give a reason at any time within the "cooling off period" of 28 DAYS (including weekends and bank holidays) beginning on the day after you receive the goods.
If you are in possession of the goods you are under the duty to retain them and take reasonable care of them. You must send the goods back to us to our contact address at your own cost (unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is damaged or defective) as soon as possible once you have cancelled the contract.
Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel the contract, any sum debited to us will be refunded to you within 3 days of your receiving the returned product.
We use Royal Mail (UK based postal company) to post parcels within United Kingdom, Europe and Rest of the World. If the parcel is heavy or big in size, we may use other third party couriers to deliver your parcel.

Items can be returned for an exchange or refund within 28 days of receiving your order.
If you wish to return an item (for any reason), you MUST inform us within 14 days of receiving the items. We will then provide you with RMA number.
Items returned without first informing us, are not guaranteed to be refunded or exchanged.
All items must be returned in their original condition, without any signs of use, cosmetics, make up, perfumes etc. (We recommend our customers to keep any items that they will be returning away from their regular clothes as they may catch fragrance and will be un-resalable).
All returned items will be processed within 3 days of receiving them.
Items returned for a refund:
There will be a full refund issued minus £1.50 fixed re-stocking fee.
There will not any deductions on the delivery costs (see next line).
The returned items that were purchased with Special deliveries, will only be refunded for their original amount of the item minus shipping costs.
EU and Rest of World Returns:
There will be a full refund issued minus postage costs.
The returns costs are the buyer unless we delivered the item in error or the item is damaged or defective.
In case, we have sent an item in error, damaged or defective product, we will provide you with a prepaid printable label to be used to return the item for free of cost. (Printer Required)
(We are working on FREE RETURNS. There will be free returns service in place for UK and 28 other countries.)
8. Lowest Price Guarantee
We aim to offer the best prices to our all our customers as we believe "shopping is not a luxury, it's a right". If you find any similar products on Amazon cheaper than our prices, contact us. We will match our prices PLUS an additional 2% decrease in total prices.

Please allow us a maximum of 24 hours to respond, however it can take more depending on the type of query.
All notices you send us must be sent to the contact details on this site (Contact us). We may give notice to you at either the email or postal address you provide to us when making a purchase.
